About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Vice President to join our Infrastructure Finance team in EMEA. This is a high-impact role at the heart of some of the region's most complex and significant project finance transactions, spanning arranging, debt advisory, and infrastructure M&A advisory.

You will work closely with senior deal team leaders across the full transaction lifecycle — from origination through to execution — while taking ownership of key workstreams and providing guidance to more junior colleagues.

Our infrastructure coverage spans a broad range of sectors, including transportation (roads, rail, airports, ports), social infrastructure (hospitals, schools), environmental assets (water, waste, recycling), regulated utilities, e-mobility (EV charging, electric buses), and hybrid infrastructure sub-sectors such as motorway services, storage terminals, car parks, and smart metering.

What You'll Do

  • Play an active role in the assessment of business opportunities and execution of project finance transactions, including financial modelling, due diligence, and documentation
  • Support senior directors in origination activities, client marketing, and sector research
  • Prepare and present high-quality marketing materials for client engagements
  • Lead and assist in the preparation of credit applications and internal approval processes
  • Manage and oversee the syndication process, including drafting information memoranda and coordinating Q&A with syndicate banks
  • Ensure accurate reporting of client financial results (NBI, RWA, CWA) through internal systems, and support budgeting and planning processes
  • Assist in the ongoing management of portfolio transactions, including waivers and annual reviews
  • Mentor and support junior team members

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
