Who We Are

International Justice Mission (IJM) is the global leader in protecting vulnerable people from violence around the world. Our team of over 1,300 professionals are at work worldwide in over 30 offices. Together we are on a mission to rescue millions, protect half a billion, and make justice unstoppable.

We are a global community that cares for one another. We believe that the way we work is as important as the results we achieve. We provide professional excellence with joy and celebration to all those we serve.

The Need

For over 25 years, IJM has pioneered the work to protect vulnerable people from violence. 9 out of 9 times in the last decade, IJM’s Justice System Strengthening Projects have reduced slavery and violence between 50 and 85% for very large populations of people in poverty. As we grow to expand our impact to protect 500 million people from violence, we are seeking Vice President, International Marketing to ensure every international Advancement Office is equipped, developed, and heard, translating global marketing strategy into local execution and channeling local experience back into global strategy in return.

This position may be based remotely within Australia, Canada, Germany, Hong Kong, the Netherlands, Singapore, South Korea, or the United Kingdom, or from an IJM Advancement Office in one of those countries. Candidates must already have the legal right to work in their country of residence. The position reports to the Chief Marketing Officer.

Responsibilities

Global Marketing Strategy & Channel Integration

  • Own the adoption of IJM’s global marketing strategy, campaign frameworks, and brand standards across every Advancement Office outside the U.S.; act as accountable owner for consistent implementation;
  • Lead the integration of direct response, digital, and storytelling channels in each market, adapted locally without diverging from global direction;
  • Ensure local teams have the tools, training, and resources to execute with fidelity to global direction;
  • Support local leaders to uphold a consistent standard of craft and quality across Advancement Office marketing output;

Regional Team Development

  • Build in-market marketing capability, closing capability gaps through targeted coaching and development;
  • Foster a culture of craft excellence and mission-driven urgency, benchmarked against commercial marketing standards;

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
