Vice President – Investor Relations (Project Management)

London | Private Equity

Our client is one of Europe's leading private equity investors with a long-established track record of partnering with market-leading businesses across the continent. As the firm continues to expand its global investor base and execute future fundraising initiatives, it is looking to appoint a Vice President to join its Investor Relations team in London.

This is a high-impact role for an experienced Investor Relations professional whose expertise lies in leading the project management and execution of fundraising activities rather than originating investor relationships. Working alongside senior members of the Investor Relations team, you will be responsible for driving complex fundraising workstreams, coordinating internal stakeholders and ensuring the seamless delivery of all investor-related initiatives.

The Role

As Vice President, you will take ownership of the operational execution of the firm's Investor Relations function, acting as the central point of coordination across fundraising, investor servicing and strategic projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading project management across primary fundraises, co-investment processes and strategic investor initiatives.
  • Managing fundraising timelines and ensuring all milestones are delivered on schedule.
  • Coordinating cross-functional workstreams with Investment, Finance, Legal, Compliance, ESG, Tax and Portfolio Operations teams.
  • Overseeing the preparation and delivery of DDQs, RFPs, data room content and investor due diligence materials.
  • Managing the production of high-quality marketing collateral, presentations and investor communications.
  • Leading the planning and execution of Annual General Meetings, Capital Markets Days, roadshows and investor events.
  • Driving process improvements across the Investor Relations platform to enhance efficiency and investor experience.
  • Acting as a trusted partner to senior Investor Relations leadership, helping deliver best-in-class fundraising execution.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
