We are conducting a confidential search for an experienced senior marketing leader who has helped take a product-led technology company through a significant stage of growth.

The ideal candidate will have built demand across multiple markets, launched new territories, owned pipeline and acquisition costs, diversified marketing channels, and led a sizeable team. Experience marketing to SMEs or founders is advantageous.

All applications and conversations will be handled confidentially.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own marketing-generated qualified pipeline and customer acquisition efficiency across multiple territories.
  • Develop a diversified acquisition strategy that reduces reliance on any single channel.
  • Lead the company’s messaging, positioning and competitive differentiation across international markets.
  • Manage and develop a multidisciplinary marketing organisation spanning demand generation, performance marketing, web, content, creative and field marketing.
  • Establish a reliable measurement framework providing territory-level visibility of spend, leads, qualified opportunities and acquisition costs.
  • Partner closely with sales and product leaders to plan and launch campaigns aligned with customer needs and commercial priorities.
  • Share accountability with sales leadership for pipeline delivery and the effectiveness of the marketing-to-sales handover.
  • Own and optimise the digital self-service acquisition journey from initial visit through conversion.
  • Maintain direct oversight of paid search and paid social, including account structure, bidding strategy, budget allocation and landing-page performance.
  • Invest in brand initiatives where they can demonstrably improve acquisition efficiency, conversion or pricing power.
  • Support expansion into new markets through data-led go-to-market planning and execution.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
