VP ABM Global Marketing

West London (3/4 days in office)
c. £140-150K plus Bonus

Turn marketing into a revenue engine. Build demand. Own the impact.

We’re looking for a commercially minded VP Marketing to drive global marketing strategy for a fast-growing enterprise technology business. You will be a proven B2B technology/SaaS marketer who has solid experience targeting the Telecommunications and Media sectors.

This is an opportunity to shape the marketing agenda, elevate brand presence and build a high-performing demand generation engine that delivers measurable pipeline and revenue growth.

Working at the intersection of marketing, sales and technology, you’ll lead an integrated strategy spanning ABM, digital, content, events and brand — using data, AI-driven innovation and a test-and-learn mindset to accelerate growth.

The opportunity

  • Own the strategy: Develop and deliver a global marketing plan aligned to ambitious commercial goals.
  • Drive demand: Lead ABM, digital campaigns and marketing automation to generate high-value opportunities and accelerate pipeline.
  • Build the brand: Shape compelling positioning, thought leadership and content that resonates with C-suite and enterprise decision-makers.
  • Make an impact: Turn campaign performance, customer insights and analytics into measurable commercial results.
  • Bring teams together: Partner closely with Sales, Product and Customer Success to sharpen go-to-market strategy and unlock growth.
  • Lead and innovate: Build and inspire a high-performing marketing team, championing new approaches and AI-enabled innovation.
  • Amplify market presence: Lead strategic events, PR and communications to strengthen brand credibility and customer engagement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
