Vice President of Marketing

London | 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract | Sports & Activewear

Up to £110k + Benefits.

Fella & Jones are delighted to be partnering with an internationally recognised sports and activewear brand in the search for an experienced Vice President of Marketing on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract, based in London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded marketing leader with a background in sports, activewear, performance or cycling brands to make an immediate impact within a fast-paced international business.

Working closely with the executive leadership team, you will lead the marketing strategy across brand, retail, wholesale and digital channels, with a particular focus on developing and strengthening partnerships with key wholesale retailers across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the marketing strategy across multiple international markets.
  • Lead wholesale marketing initiatives with key retail partners, creating impactful campaigns that drive brand awareness and sell-through.
  • Build strong relationships with major retail accounts, ensuring marketing plans support commercial objectives.
  • Oversee integrated marketing campaigns across retail, digital, PR, events, partnerships and brand communications.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Ecommerce and Commercial teams to maximise growth opportunities.
  • Lead, inspire and develop the marketing team while managing external agencies and partners.
  • Analyse campaign performance, consumer insights and market trends to optimise marketing investment and ROI.
  • Manage budgets and ensure all activity aligns with the brand's premium positioning.

About You

  • Significant senior marketing leadership experience within sports, activewear, cycling or performance brands.
  • Proven success delivering marketing strategies that support both consumer engagement and wholesale retail partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of international wholesale distribution and retailer marketing programmes.
  • Experience working with premium or performance-led consumer brands.
  • Commercially focused with excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • A collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Passionate about sport, active lifestyles and building exceptional brands.
