VP of FP&A | SaaS

Renumeration: Up to £200k basic

Location: London | Hybrid

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Vice President of Group FP&A to lead and evolve our global Financial Planning & Analysis function. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving financial planning, performance management, strategic decision support, and finance transformation across a growing international software organisation.

Reporting to the CFO, you will play a critical role in shaping business performance, supporting M&A activity, enhancing forecasting capabilities, and delivering actionable insights to executive leadership and investors.

Key Responsibilities

Group FP&A and Reporting

  • Lead the group-wide budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Own consolidated P&L reporting, financial modelling, and performance analysis.
  • Improve forecasting accuracy and strengthen financial visibility across the organisation.
  • Deliver high-quality board and investor-level reporting.

Business Partnering and Performance Management

  • Partner with senior leaders across commercial, product, services, support, and corporate functions.
  • Provide strategic financial insight to support decision-making and business growth.
  • Drive cost optimisation initiatives and operational efficiency improvements.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators across the business.

Data, Analytics and Finance Transformation

  • Lead the development of reporting, data analytics, and visualisation capabilities.
  • Champion modern FP&A practices, leveraging automation, AI, and advanced analytics.
  • Drive the creation of a unified view of business and customer performance.
  • Enhance data models and business intelligence solutions to improve decision support.

  • Lead strategic projects and cross-functional transformation initiatives.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead and develop a high-performing international FP&A team.
  • Build scalable processes, frameworks, and capabilities to support continued growth.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and develop finance talent across multiple locations.
