Who Are We?
Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA are a division of Aimbridge Hospitality, the world's leading third-party hotel management company. Working with globally recognised hotel brands and independent properties, we deliver exceptional guest experiences and outstanding results for our owners and partners across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
As our portfolio continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced and commercially driven Vice President of Hotel Development to help shape the next chapter of our success in the UK market.
This is a rare opportunity to join one of the industry's most respected management companies and play a pivotal role in growing our portfolio through new partnerships, management agreements, conversions, acquisitions, and strategic development opportunities.
The Role
One day you could be presenting a compelling business case for a new management agreement to the executive team. The next, you may be meeting hotel owners, developers, investors, or brand partners to discuss opportunities that could transform our portfolio.
You'll continuously evaluate market opportunities, analyse commercial viability, negotiate complex agreements, and build relationships that generate future growth. Whether identifying acquisition targets, reviewing financial models, conducting due diligence, or representing Aimbridge at major industry events, you'll be at the centre of strategic decision-making.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
