Vice President, International Sales

Location: UK - Remote Travel: International travel required (up to 60%) Compensation: Executive package reflecting the strategic importance of the role

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and execute the international commercial strategy while remaining actively involved in winning and closing complex, high-value opportunities.
  • Lead, coach and develop an international sales team, adopting a player-coach approach that combines strategic leadership with direct customer engagement.
  • Build executive-level relationships across government organisations, law enforcement agencies, intelligence communities and strategic partners to expand international market presence.
  • Represent the business in executive-level negotiations, complex procurement programmes and strategic customer engagements across international markets.

What you'll bring

  • Proven success leading international sales within enterprise software, cybersecurity, secure communications or other mission-critical technology environments.
  • A player-coach leadership style, with a track record of personally originating, shaping and closing strategic opportunities while building high-performing commercial teams.
  • Demonstrable experience working with government customers, law enforcement agencies and intelligence communities, with a strong understanding of complex public sector procurement and stakeholder engagement.
  • Executive presence, commercial credibility and the ability to influence senior decision-makers while delivering sustainable international revenue growth.
