Vice President, International Sales

Location: UK – Remote

Travel: International – up to 60%

Compensation: Executive package

Walker Lovell is partnering with a global technology business delivering mission-critical solutions to government, law enforcement and intelligence customers worldwide.

We are seeking a true international player-coach to lead commercial growth across EMEA, APAC and LATAM. This is not a purely strategic leadership role – you'll lead and develop an international sales team while remaining personally involved in customers, opportunities, negotiations and closing major deals.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead international sales strategy across EMEA, APAC and LATAM
  • Coach and develop a geographically dispersed sales team
  • Personally originate, shape and close complex, high-value deals
  • Build and leverage senior relationships across law enforcement, government and intelligence communities globally
  • Lead strategic customer engagements and negotiations across international markets

What you'll bring

  • Extensive sales experience across EMEA and APAC, with LATAM experience highly desirable
  • Established law enforcement relationships across multiple international markets
  • A genuine player-coach approach – able to lead, mentor and challenge while remaining hands-on commercially
  • A proven record of personally owning and closing significant international deals
  • Experience selling mission-critical technology into complex government environments
