Finatal is partnering with a leading global private equity firm looking to add to their Investor Relations team in London.
Responsibilities:
Fundraising & Investor Reporting:
- Run fundraising workstreams from launch to close, with previous experience doing this
- Fulfill the LP due diligence process, prioritising and managing DDQ, RFP and bespoke requests
- Ensure technical and strategic input analysis for investor DD days and roadshows

- Bridge the firms investment teams and LPs, translating complex strategies into investor friendly materials.
- Answer detailed queries from investors
- Run production and ensure subsequent control of marketing materials to support fundraising
- Analytical input on market and industry output to anticipate investor needs
Experience:
- 5+ years in PE investor relations or fundraising
- Direct experience of a full fundraising cycle from launch to close
- Commercial and analytical judgement of the market and its projected performance
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders
- Advanced excel, powerpoint, word and other office 365 tools
- Advanced attention to detail regarding written English
- Excellent project management and prioritisation under pressure
- Undergraduate or Master’s degree with exceptional academic record
- Strong proficiency in AI tools to enhance productivity – ideally claude
