I’m working on a confidential search for a senior product leader to join a fast-growing, AI-native consumer business in London.
Business Profile
The company is building AI agents that make decisions and carry out real-world tasks for consumers. They’ve seen exponential growth, secured substantial funding and are now entering the next stage of product development and scale. The business operates in a regulated environment, so product judgement, trust and the ability to balance speed with complexity really matter. Two of the three founders have previously built and sold businesses, and this role will work directly with the CEO.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
The Challenge
This is a hands-on product leadership role with significant ownership. You’ll help shape what gets built next, define product strategy alongside the founders and build the product team around you. This is not a role for someone looking to manage from a distance. You’ll be expected to stay close to customers, product decisions and execution.
About You
We’re particularly interested in people who have:
- Built and scaled consumer products
- Strong 0→1 experience, ideally from an early-stage business
- Worked directly with founders or operated as a founder themselves
- Strong commercial judgement, not just product delivery experience
- Experience building or leading high-performing product teams from zero
- The ability to move between strategy and hands-on execution

Experience working with AI products is useful, but deep consumer product judgement and early-stage experience are more important.
