VP of Professional Services
Circa £180,000 + quarterly bonus + share options
Permanent, full time
Hybrid/Remote, London (around 10% travel)
We're working with a growing, international B2B software business who are looking for a VP of Professional Services to transform how they deliver for their enterprise clients.
You'll report to the COO whilst leading a team, with 2 direct reports, owning every client relationship from pre-sales through to go-live and beyond.
What we expect from the VP of Professional Services:
- Proven experience leading a professional services, consulting or delivery function, with real leadership gravitas
- Evidence of stakeholder management across complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise clients, comfortable in the room with both client executives and solution architects
- Recent evidence of hands-on experience running external client implementations
- Ideally a consulting background (Big Four or strategy house), with experience in retail, ecommerce or consumer tech

What you'll be doing as VP of Professional Services:
- Joining the pre-sales cycle early to shape scope, cost and stakeholders before contracts are signed
- Personally leading key client relationships and escalations, especially in your first 6-12 months
- Building a repeatable delivery model, with scoping and staffing frameworks to scale from a handful of clients to many
- Growing and mentoring the team, whilst putting AI to work in how you deliver and report
