π₯ THE OPPORTUNITY
You'll report directly to the CEO and join the Senior Leadership Team, with responsibility for the entire EMEA commercial operation.
You'll initially lead a team of 3β4 sales professionals, with a clear mandate to build the function around you.
Your focus will be to:
- Build a proactive outbound sales engine
- Drive new-logo revenue across EMEA
- Increase wallet share across a highly loyal enterprise customer base
- Build relationships with C-suite stakeholders across major enterprise accounts
- Create the sales infrastructure, processes and CRM discipline needed to scale
- Work with an international partner network to win global enterprise opportunities
- Build and develop a high-performing commercial team
And importantly...
π THIS ROLE HAS A GENUINE CRO PATHWAY
The long-term intention is for this person to become the company's first Global Chief Revenue Officer.

Iβm in my final year doing Economics and I donβt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer β it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donβt need a masters. Letβs look at the ones youβd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
