The Role

The Vice President of Sales - EMEA is accountable for the region's new business strategy and performance. This role translates Evotix's growth priorities into a focused go-to-market plan, clear operating rhythms and consistent execution across EMEA.

You will lead and develop the EMEA sales organisation, partnering closely with Business Development and Marketing to build pipeline, improve conversion and win the right customers.

Success will be measured through sustainable revenue growth, forecast accuracy, sales productivity and the strength of the regional team.

What You'll Do

Set EMEA Sales Strategy

  • Own and execute the EMEA sales strategy in line with company goals, target markets and customer needs.
  • Turn regional priorities into clear coverage, capacity, territory and account plans.
  • Use market, customer and performance insight to focus investment and adapt the regional approach.
  • Provide the CEO and leadership team with clear recommendations on growth opportunities, risks and trade-offs.

Deliver Predictable Revenue Growth

  • Take accountability for EMEA new business performance and agreed revenue outcomes.
  • Set clear targets and leading indicators, reviewing progress regularly and acting early where performance is off track.
  • Build disciplined opportunity management and deal review practices that improve conversion and sales cycle effectiveness.
  • Maintain a credible forecast based on evidence, customer progress and well-defined next steps.
  • Partner with Marketing and BDR leadership to create sufficient, high-quality pipeline across priority segments and territories.

Lead and Develop the Sales Organisation

  • Build a high-performing, inclusive EMEA sales organisation with clear roles, expectations and accountability.
  • Coach sales leaders and individual contributors to improve commercial judgement, customer engagement and execution.
  • Make effective hiring, onboarding, performance and succession decisions in partnership with relevant stakeholders.
  • Create a consistent operating cadence for one-to-ones, pipeline reviews, forecasting, coaching and performance management.
  • Foster a culture aligned with Evotix's ELITE principles: Excellence, Leadership, Impact, Trust and Empowerment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
