The Vice President of Sales, EMEA
The Vice President of Sales, EMEA will be responsible for the sales management of IDT’s business in the EMEA region. The candidate will provide commercial leadership for the EMEA region, including accountability for revenue growth, budgets, forecasting, top-line delivery, and budget performance, while partnering with finance and functional leaders on broader profitability and operating outcomes. The role will create and implement a regional sales and business plans that drives growth objectives while focusing on customer satisfaction. The candidate must also hire, inspire, and coach a diverse, multi-faceted sales organization to maximize market penetration within the geography. The VP of Sales, EMEA will be a critical member of the global commercial senior leadership team and influence the evolution of the strategy, structure, and processes of the IDT commercial function.

This position will report to the VP, Global Sales and will be fully remote.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Owns the EMEA commercial strategy and regional operating plan, translating global priorities into clear actions that deliver revenue growth, top-line performance, budget delivery, forecasting accuracy, working capital discipline, and sustained market share gains, while contributing to broader profitability outcomes in partnership with finance and functional leaders.
- Leads the EMEA sales organization across direct channels, inside sales, distributor/indirect channels, and commercial support teams to achieve orders, revenue, margin, and customer experience targets.
- Builds and manages the regional annual operating plan, forecasting process, budget inputs, resource allocation, and investment priorities in partnership with finance and functional leaders; monitors performance against revenue, top-line, budget, and core commercial value drivers and takes corrective action to close gaps. Leverages DBS commercial management fundamentals, including visual daily management, standard work, VOC, funnel management, forecasting, to drive operating rigor, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Identifies and prioritizes strategic growth opportunities across EMEA, including market expansion, customer segmentation, channel effectiveness, portfolio adoption, and competitive positioning.
- Partners with global commercial leadership and cross-functional teams to align regional strategy with product, marketing, operations, customer service, finance, and supply chain priorities, ensuring the region is positioned to deliver profitable growth and an exceptional customer experience.
- Develops, inspires, and retains a high-performing and diverse EMEA commercial team; establishes clear expectations, strengthens leadership capability, and manages performance through regular coaching, talent reviews, and succession planning.
- Serves as a senior member of the global commercial leadership team, contributing regional insights, customer and market intelligence, and strategic recommendations that shape broader commercial priorities, structure, and processes.

The essential requirements of the job include:
- 10+ years’ experience in a senior strategic commercial management capacity within a global, fast-paced environment.
- Extensive experience leading sales teams in all traditional areas of sales.
- Proven record of leadership and managing a sales organization with regional responsibility and establishing long-term strategic growth initiatives required.
- Proven leadership capability. Relentlessly attracts, engages, and develops people; can cultivate teams quickly and build strong relationships by establishing significant credibility, trust, and support within their team, customers, as well as being able to develop strong followership within the commercial organization.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, top-line performance, budget delivery, forecasting accuracy, pricing discipline, investment prioritization, and market share gains over a sustained period; experience contributing to profitability outcomes in partnership with finance and functional leaders.
Travel Requirements:
- Remote role requiring travel (primarily domestic in Europe but can involve international travel) around 40%
