The Opportunity

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and results-driven Vice President of Enterprise Sales to build and lead the enterprise go-to-market function.

This executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth, securing strategic enterprise customers, and establishing the company as a market leader in AI-powered customer engagement and workflow automation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the enterprise sales strategy to drive predictable, scalable revenue growth.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing enterprise sales organisation.
  • Generate and close strategic enterprise opportunities across regulated industries.
  • Establish trusted relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
  • Own complex sales cycles from prospecting through negotiation and close.
  • Partner closely with marketing, product, customer success, and executive leadership teams.
  • Develop strategic partnerships and channel relationships that accelerate growth.
  • Provide market insights and customer feedback to influence product strategy and go-to-market execution.
  • Accurately forecast revenue and implement repeatable sales processes that support rapid scale.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of SaaS and/or AI software sales experience, including at least 5 years in sales leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated experience selling Voice AI, Conversational AI, or CCaaS solutions.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets and closing complex enterprise deals.
  • Experience selling into regulated industries such as financial services, insurance, healthcare, or fintech.
  • Success building, developing, and scaling high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong executive presence with experience engaging senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
  • Experience within a high-growth startup, scale-up, or venture-backed technology environment preferred.
