Vice President or Director | Infrastructure Finance | London
This role is with a leading Investment Bank who are looking for an experienced infrastructure and project finance professional to take on a senior execution and origination role, working across complex financing transactions in the energy, infrastructure, and transition sectors throughout EMEA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the origination, structuring, and execution of infrastructure and project finance transactions.
- Manage relationships with sponsors, developers, infrastructure funds, corporates, and public sector clients.
- Drive transaction execution across lending, advisory, acquisition financing, refinancings, and structured debt solutions.
- Lead due diligence processes and coordinate internal stakeholders including Risk, Legal, Syndications, and Capital Markets teams.
- Negotiate financing documentation and commercial transaction terms.
- Mentor and develop junior team members while taking ownership of key client relationships.
- Support broader business development initiatives and contribute to the growth of the franchise.

Requirements:
- Significant experience within Infrastructure Finance, Project Finance, Energy Finance, Acquisition Finance, or Structured Finance.
- Strong track record executing complex transactions across infrastructure and energy sectors.
- Proven financial modelling, credit analysis, and structuring capabilities.
- Existing network across sponsors, developers, infrastructure funds, utilities, corporates, and advisory firms.
- Ability to lead transactions independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strong commercial awareness and relationship management skills.
