Vice President – Pan-European Logistics Real Estate Investments
Must speak fluent German or Spanish.
While many managers have spent the last few years sitting on the sidelines, this firm has continued to execute, raising significant capital and building one of the most active logistics investment platforms in Europe.
They're now looking to appoint a Vice President to join their London investment team.

- 6+ years' real estate acquisitions experience
- A strong track record sourcing and executing logistics investments across Europe
- Excellent underwriting and financial modelling skills
- Fluent in German or Spanish

Standard VP salary. Typical bonus is 100% of salary. Carry is part of the comp at VP level.
