PCA Global Ventures, LLC, the global leader in specialized deceased account care, compliant recovery services, technology-driven debt settlement solutions, and strategic acquisition servicing the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, is seeking a Vice President / Assistant Vice President, Platforms & Systems Delivery.
This role is responsible for executing enterprise platform initiatives and delivering system transformation projects across the organization. The VP/AVP will lead the day-to-day execution of platform migrations, consolidations, upgrades, and integrations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with minimal business disruption.
This is a hands-on delivery role. The successful candidate will work directly with engineering teams, architects, operations, data teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to drive project plans into execution. The role requires strong program management discipline, technical fluency, structured execution capability, and the ability to resolve issues quickly in complex environments.
Success will be measured by timely and successful delivery of migration and modernization initiatives, smooth cutovers with minimal operational impact, improved system stability, and effective coordination across global teams.
This role is hybrid, based in Exchange Quay, M5 3EF, UK.
Responsibilities
Project & Program Execution
- Work with the SVP and transformation teams to develop and own the long-term platform and systems transformation roadmap.
- Work with the transformation and platform SMEs to execute enterprise platform migrations, consolidations, and upgrade initiatives.
- Work closely with the project teams to build and manage detailed project plans, milestones, RAID logs, and delivery reporting.
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams including engineering, infrastructure, data, compliance, and operations.
- Drive accountability across teams to ensure delivery deadlines are met.
- Actively manage dependencies, risks, scope changes, and issue resolution.

Platform Modernisation
- Work closely with the SMEs to oversee execution of data migrations, system integrations, and platform transitions.
- Replace or modernise legacy applications.
- Standardise platforms to reduce complexity and technical debt.
- Drive API first and integration strategies.
- Coordinate testing cycles (SIT, UAT, performance testing) and manage defect remediation.
- Support cutover planning and execution to ensure smooth transition to new platforms.
- Ensure legacy systems are decommissioned in a controlled and structured manner.
- Track and validate data integrity and system stability post-migration.
Operational Coordination
- Partner with operational leaders to ensure business readiness for platform changes.
- Coordinate training, documentation, and user transition activities.
- Monitor post-implementation performance and drive stabilization activities.
- Escalate issues quickly and drive structured resolution.
Platform Oversight
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor platform performance metrics and ensure service levels are maintained.
- Coordinate upgrades, patches, and release cycles with engineering and admin teams.
- Ensure platform changes follow governance, security, and compliance standards.
- Maintain accurate system documentation and change records.
Vendor & Budget Support
- Work directly with external vendors and implementation partners to track delivery progress.
- Ensure vendor deliverables align with contractual commitments.
- Track project budgets and resource allocation.
- Support cost control through disciplined scope management.
Financial & Risk Management
- Conduct ROI analysis for platform initiatives and ensure value realization.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with platform operations and transformations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and security standards.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in enterprise technology leadership roles.
- 5+ years of experience managing large-scale platform environments and complex system migrations.
- 5+ years in senior leadership positions with direct reports and large team management.
- Proven track record of successful enterprise-wide platform transformations and consolidations.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.
- Strong executive presence with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a global, matrixed organization with distributed teams.
- Track record of vendor negotiation and contract management.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies.
- Experience in highly regulated industries (financial services).
- International work experience and cultural awareness.
