If you have a proven sales track record and are interested in developing relationships with the world’s leading Private Equity firms and their healthcare portfolio companies, we are interested in talking to you.

This role is responsible for business development strategy and sales execution to support the growth of Capstone’s healthcare due diligence research and advisory services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare sector and be knowledgeable across topics including healthcare policy, regulatory developments, reimbursement, market dynamics, and investment trends.

As part of the sales team, you will position Capstone’s value-added services with Private Equity firms and healthcare portfolio companies, helping clients identify and navigate policy and regulatory risks and opportunities.

Your primary responsibilities will be to:

  • Identify and close new healthcare due diligence opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, meetings, and referrals.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with Private Equity firms and healthcare portfolio companies.
  • Build a strong network across the healthcare investment community.
  • Understand healthcare policy and regulatory developments relevant to Private Equity investments.
  • Identify opportunities to expand Capstone’s services across existing healthcare clients.
  • Partner with the research team to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Education/Eligibility Requirements

  • Four-year college degree required.
  • High academic achievement.
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK without employer sponsorship.

Capstone offers a competitive benefits package, including health, vision, dental insurance, paid vacation, travel stipend, and 401(k). The expected compensation for this role will be £70,000–£100,000 per annum with uncapped commission.

This position is based in our London office. Capstone is in-person Monday through Thursday, with flexible work from home Fridays.
