Vice President, Product and Innovation Execution

This role is located in London.

About the Role

The Vice President on the Product and Innovation Execution Team will provide senior leadership and execution and product development support for complex, high-priority enterprise initiatives spanning capability builds, strategic partnerships, and client activations. This role is accountable for translating strategic priorities into disciplined execution, driving alignment across senior stakeholders, and ensuring initiatives progress in a controlled, enterprise-ready manner.

This individual serves as a trusted partner to leadership, exercising strong judgment and proactively managing risk, interdependencies, and outcomes across products, platforms, and functions.

Impact

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Supporting execution for complex, cross-functional initiatives with enterprise impact, driving accountability for outcomes from initiation through launch.
  • Partnering with senior leaders to shape product development, execution strategy, assess trade-offs, and support informed decision-making.
  • Driving alignment across key stakeholders such as Product, Engineering, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and external partners, proactively resolving interdependencies and removing barriers.
  • Embedding enterprise governance, controls, and operational readiness into execution, while identifying, escalating, and resolving material risks and issues.
  • Standardizing execution approaches and reporting to enable consistent, transparent execution across initiatives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Experience in senior roles with respect to large-scale initiatives or enterprise programs in financial services, consulting or similarly regulated environments.
  • A proven track record of informing, educating and influencing senior stakeholders and driving alignment without direct authority.
  • Familiarity with digital assets and blockchain technologies is a strong plus.
  • Strong executive presence, judgment, and ability to synthesize complexity into clear communications and recommendations.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in high-pressure, evolving environments.
  • Strong accountability mindset and focus on delivering results at scale.
