The Opportunity
As a Vice President at Proxima, you will provide executive leadership across clients, teams, and the firm. This role blends deep domain expertise, client delivery, business development, and thought leadership.
Within the Professional Services category, you will lead high-profile workstreams, shape long-term client strategy, develop Proxima’s capability through IP and people development, and play a key role in Proxima’s continued growth through being a visible subject matter expert.
What You’ll Do
- Be a Key Professional Services SME:
- Lead complex, high-value workstreams for senior and C-Suite stakeholders whilst ensuring consistent delivery and client satisfaction.
- Shape and develop Proxima’s wider capability to deliver these workstreams at scale.
- Have a reputation externally as a Professional Services SME to drive potential client discussions.

Genuine Professional Services Category Expertise:
- Across Audit, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Consulting, Insurance, and Legal services.
- Experience within Financial Services categories, particularly Payments and Corporate Cards, would be highly advantageous.

Lead Executive-Level Client Engagements:
- Drive growth and market impact.
- Build and manage senior client relationships and pipelines.
- Identify and convert new growth opportunities.
- Contribute to Proxima’s market positioning and thought leadership.

Develop Talent and Culture:
- Mentor and develop senior consulting talent.
- Champion Proxima’s apprenticeship and feedback culture.
- Foster high-performance, inclusive teams.

Shape the Future of Proxima:
- Lead domain expertise, IP creation, and capability development.
- Act as a Proxima ambassador internally and externally.
- Influence strategic direction and firm-wide initiatives.
