Vice President – Real Estate Investment & Corporate Finance
London | Hybrid
We are working with an independent real estate investment and advisory business looking to hire a Vice President into its London team.
This isn't a conventional fund investing role with a big name firm. It's a boutique managing SMAs.
The business operates with institutional capital partners to originate, structure and execute complex real estate transactions across the UK and Europe. Its focus sits at the intersection of real estate, corporate finance and structured capital – including sale & leasebacks, OpCo/PropCo transactions and recapitalisations.
It is a relatively small, partner-led platform, but one with a significant transaction history. The team has executed c.€6bn of sale & leaseback and net lease transactions since 2006.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
Graduate Consultant — 2026 Scheme
Why you're a good match
StrongYour economics background and your summer at a regional bank line up with what PwC looks for on the consulting scheme. Applications close in four weeks.
See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
The Opportunity
You will work directly with the founding partners across the full lifecycle of transactions – origination, underwriting, structuring, financing and execution.
Importantly, this is not a role where opportunities simply arrive on your desk. We are looking for someone who enjoys being in the market: building relationships with corporates, sponsors, investors, banks and advisers; identifying situations; developing ideas; and ultimately turning those conversations into executable transactions.

Get help with your application
Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
You will also remain very hands-on once a transaction emerges – analysing the real estate and underlying corporate credit, building and challenging models, structuring debt and equity, arranging financing and driving transactions through diligence and completion.
Who We're Looking For
An established VP or equivalent with a background in real estate investment or investment banking/corporate finance in the UK.
You will need a strong transaction track record, excellent financial and commercial judgement and, importantly, evidence that you can originate rather than simply execute.
Salary is c£120k. Target bonus is 100%. Carry is also part of comp.
