VICE PRESIDENT, REGIONAL SALES — WEST

We have an opportunity for a Vice President, Regional Sales to join our EMEA sales leadership team, reporting to the SVP Sales – EMEA. In this pivotal role, you will lead Infoblox’s western and southern Europe business, including service provider, with responsibility for revenue execution, forecast discipline, talent development, customer and partner engagement, and cross-functional alignment across a large, complex, multi-country region.

This role is a critical part of Infoblox’s EMEA sales transformation as we consolidate our operating model across our EMEA sales function. We are looking for a senior leader who can drive performance across mature and growth markets while helping build succession depth for the future of our EMEA organization.

Regional scope includes key country teams, public sector, strategic customers, and partner-led motions.

You’re the ideal candidate if you are an experienced leader with a proven ability to run large multi-country businesses, build strong leadership benches, drive disciplined execution, and engage customers and partners at the executive level.

Be a Contributor — What You’ll Do

  • Own the regional business across ARR, net new business, renewals, expansion, and strategic product motions
  • Build and execute a regional operating plan aligned to segmentation, strategic accounts, named accounts, growth customers, public sector, and partner leverage across solid and dotted lines
  • Drive forecast accuracy, pipeline inspection, and deal progression discipline across countries, products, and routes to market, as well as disciplined use of sales and forecasting tools to improve visibility, productivity, and management cadence
  • Lead regional deal reviews and inspect complex opportunities across qualification, business value, executive alignment, commercial structure, and close plans
  • Create a rigorous customer-facing culture centered on value selling, executive relationships, repeatable account planning, and strong field execution
  • Hire, coach, retain, and develop leaders across country, segment, and specialist teams, whilst building a deep succession bench of future regional directors, country leaders, and VP-level talent
  • Partner closely with Sales Engineering, Channel, Professional Services, Product, Product Marketing, Finance, Legal, HR, Talent Acquisition, Field Marketing, and Revenue Operations
  • Escalate customer, pricing, licensing, delivery, and operational issues early, with clear recommendations and a strong bias for action
  • Lead a consistent operating rhythm across daily execution, weekly forecast and deal reviews, monthly business inspections, quarterly business reviews, and annual planning
  • Translate global strategy into a practical, scalable regional operating model for western and southern Europe (including service provider)
  • Transition the sales motion from product centric process into consumption led model

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
