Recorded Future: Vice President, Sales – EEMEA

The Vice President, Sales – EEMEA is responsible for driving revenue growth by leading new customer acquisition, expanding strategic enterprise accounts, and building a high-performing regional sales organization. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this executive will lead regional sales strategy, execution, forecasting, and talent development while partnering closely with Marketing, Product, Client Services, Revenue Operations, and Channel teams.
This leader will also partner with Mastercard's regional sales and marketing organizations to drive joint go-to-market initiatives, expand shared customer relationships, and accelerate growth. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, data-driven sales executive with a proven track record of scaling teams, developing leaders, and delivering predictable revenue growth.
What You'll Do:
- Execute the regional sales strategy to achieve bookings and revenue targets.
- Lead, coach, and develop regional sales leaders and account directors.
- Drive pipeline growth, forecast accuracy, sales execution, and operational excellence.
- Recruit and develop top talent while building a high-performance culture.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, Client Services, Revenue Operations, and Sales Enablement to maximize growth and customer success.
- Build executive relationships with enterprise businesses, government, and financial services customers.
- Grow strategic channel and partner relationships across the region.
- Partner with Mastercard to identify co-sell opportunities and expand shared customer engagement.
What You'll Bring:
- Demonstrated success leading and scaling high-performing SaaS or enterprise technology sales organizations.
- Strong expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, and sales operations.
- Track record selling complex enterprise solutions to enterprise and public sector customers.
- Experience engaging C-level and technical buyers using a consultative sales approach.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and partner management skills.
- Cybersecurity, threat intelligence, cloud security, or enterprise software experience.
- Leadership experience in a high-growth technology company.
- Established executive relationships across enterprise businesses, government, and financial services organizations in the region.
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies.
