About the Company
We are partnered with a fast-growing cybersecurity vendor, who help organisations across the globe protect their data, infrastructure, and people from evolving threats. As they continue to scale our presence in EMEA, they are looking for an experienced and driven VP of EMEA to lead their regional strategy and growth.
The Role
The VP of EMEA will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building high-performing teams, and establishing our company as a trusted cybersecurity partner across the region. This is a senior leadership position requiring a strong blend of strategic vision, commercial acumen, and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the overall EMEA go-to-market strategy, aligned with global company objectives
- Drive new business acquisition and expand relationships within existing accounts across the region
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales and customer success organisation across EMEA
- Develop and manage the regional P&L, including forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline management
- Establish and nurture relationships with key channel partners, resellers, and system integrators
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure regional market needs are represented
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and with key strategic customers
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments across EMEA cybersecurity markets
- Report regularly to senior leadership on regional performance, risks, and opportunities

Requirements
- Proven track record (10+ years) in senior sales or general management leadership roles within the cybersecurity or broader enterprise software/SaaS industry
- Demonstrated success building and scaling teams and revenue across multiple EMEA markets
- Strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, buyer personas, and channel ecosystems
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing complex, multi-country sales cycles and diverse cultural teams
- Willingness to travel across the EMEA region as required
- Based in or willing to relocate to the UK

Nice to Have
- Existing network of channel partners and customers within the cybersecurity industry
- Experience working in a high-growth, venture-backed or PE-backed environment
- Familiarity with relevant compliance frameworks (e.g. GDPR, NIS2, ISO 27001)
