As we continue to accelerate growth across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, we are seeking an exceptional sales executive to lead and scale our EMEA business.

About the Role

Dynatrace is seeking a Vice President, Sales EMEA to lead one of our most strategic regions. This executive will be responsible for driving growth, strengthening regional leadership, building high-performing teams, and personally leading the most complex enterprise opportunities across the region.

This is a hands-on executive role that requires a proven enterprise software leader who thrives in high-growth environments, has a track record of building winning teams, and can successfully navigate large-scale, complex customer engagements. The successful candidate will be a visible leader across the region, partnering closely with executive stakeholders, customers, and cross-functional teams to accelerate market expansion and revenue growth.

Reporting directly to executive leadership, this individual will play a critical role in executing Dynatrace's EMEA growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Regional Leadership & Growth

  • Own the overall sales strategy, execution, and performance across the EMEA region.
  • Accelerate growth through disciplined execution, forecast accuracy, and operational excellence.
  • Serve as the senior executive leader for the region, driving accountability and performance across all geographies.

Leadership Team Development

  • Strengthen and scale the EMEA leadership structure.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain world-class sales leaders and Country Managers.
  • Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, customer success, and results.
  • Coach and mentor leaders to improve execution and organizational effectiveness.

Enterprise Deal Leadership

  • Act as executive sponsor and strategic closer on the region's largest and most complex opportunities.
  • Lead enterprise sales motions involving executive stakeholders, multi-year transformation initiatives, and sophisticated buying committees.
  • Partner with account teams to develop and execute large-deal strategies and campaigns.

Executive Engagement

  • Conduct executive briefings with customers, prospects, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with C-suite executives across the region.
  • Represent Dynatrace at customer events, industry conferences, and key market engagements.

Talent & Organizational Building

  • Leverage an established network to attract top-performing enterprise software talent.
  • Recruit and onboard sales leaders and Country Managers across key markets, including France and Germany.
  • Drive succession planning, leadership development, and organizational scalability.

Required Experience

What will help you succeed

  • 15+ years of enterprise software sales leadership experience.
  • Proven success leading large, geographically distributed sales organizations.
  • Demonstrated track record managing complex enterprise sales cycles with Global 2000 organizations.
  • Experience leading multimillion-dollar strategic deals and transformation-focused sales motions.
  • History of exceeding revenue targets in high-growth software environments.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence customers, investors, and internal stakeholders.

  • Prior experience scaling enterprise sales organizations through periods of transformation and growth.
  • Preferred location: London, United Kingdom.
