What You Bring
- UK Strategic Ownership: Demonstrated experience owning a region or significant business unit at a strategic level, with full responsibility and accountability for performance across the UKI market. You will bring the ability to set the regional vision, define priorities, make commercial decisions, and drive execution across
- Experience in B2B SaaS: A proven track record in enterprise sales within the SaaS industry, with significant experience targeting organisations in 1,000+ employees.
- Executive Sales Leadership: Extensive experience leading high-performing enterprise sales organisations within a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment, with responsibility for significant ARR growth.
- Consistent Track Record of Overachievement: A history of exceeding ambitious revenue targets through predictable pipeline generation, disciplined forecasting, and operational excellence.
- Executive-Level Selling: Proven ability to build trusted relationships with C-suite executives, navigate complex buying committees, and close strategic, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
- Mastery of MEDDPICC: Strong knowledge of MEDDPICC or a similar qualification framework, with a passion for data-driven, methodical sales.
- Forecasting & Sales Excellence: Strong forecasting discipline with experience leveraging CRM data, pipeline analytics, and sales metrics to drive predictable business performance.
- Coaching & Talent Development: Passion for recruiting, developing, and retaining exceptional sales leaders and Account Executives, creating a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and high performance
- Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial judgement with experience balancing strategic thinking and hands-on execution to accelerate growth while improving sales efficiency.
- Change & Scale Leadership: Experience leading organisations through periods of rapid growth, transformation, or market expansion, adapting processes as the business scales.

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the UK Business: Own and execute the UK sales strategy, delivering sustainable revenue growth while expanding HiBob's footprint across the region.
- Building a World-Class Sales Organisation: Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Owning Forecast Accuracy: Drive rigorous pipeline management and forecasting, providing clear visibility into business performance and ensuring predictable revenue outcomes.
- Engaging Executive Stakeholders: Build trusted relationships with senior customer executives, acting as a strategic advisor throughout complex sales cycles.
- Partnering Across the Business: Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, Partnerships, and Product to maximise customer acquisition, expansion, and retention.
- Driving Operational Excellence: Continuously refine sales processes, methodologies, and performance metrics to improve efficiency, win rates, and sales productivity.
- Representing HiBob in the Market: Act as an ambassador for HiBob, building our brand within the UK enterprise community and developing relationships with key customers, partners, and industry influencers.
- Developing Future Leaders: Coach and mentor sales managers and senior Account Executives, building a strong leadership pipeline for the future.
