Boost your experience and responsibility at an independent, boutique private fund placement and secondary advisory business. Headquartered in London, with colleagues in continental Europe, this team advises clients in raising private funds and in executing secondary transactions. Their focus is on private equity, private debt and infrastructure funds.

We are looking for a new VP / Senior Associate to create and manage Limited Partner (LP) relationships across both primary fundraises and secondaries transactions.

This will mean:

  • Initiating and nurturing close relationships with relevant private markets institutional investors;
  • Bringing primary fundraise investment opportunities to those investors, mainly across the UK, Western Europe, and the US;
  • Leading the distribution, or placement, of GP-led and LP-led secondaries transactions and co-investments;
  • Convening roadshows during active fundraisings and secondaries deals;
  • Supporting the full investment process, from initial introductions and due diligence to negotiation and final closing;
  • Identifying opportunities, amongst the LP market, for secondary transactions and managing all aspects of their implementation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
