INTERIM Global Finance Shared Services Director / Leader
Exec/Senior Interim Appointment, 9 - 12 months
Hybrid working – London based
Eutopia Search are conducting a search for an INTERIM Global Finance Shared Services Director / Transformation Leader for a multi-billion revenue International business.
Senior Director appointment responsible for the design, build and run of a new Global Finance Shared Services organization.
Seeking an experienced Interim to develop the strategy, roadmap and integrated execution plans to bring together Global Finance Shared Services model and establishes the strategy and roadmap towards a future model that meets the needs of the business, driving service, cost synergies and enhancing the employee experience.

- Proven experience of leading functional transformation into a Finance SSC or GBS model in a large scale business.
- Builds the strategy and roadmap for change that will deliver future success, building the foundations that will enable future effectiveness and efficiency, bringing in relevant external best practices to accelerate change.
- Expert at diagnosis of business needs, systemic thinking and formulation of integrated solutions across functions and building the capability within teams to do the same.
- Breaks down barriers, working across boundaries with peers and senior leaders, to integrate multiple agendas and drive results in a matrix organisation.
- Demonstrates influential and adaptable style of leadership and maintains integrity when dealing with complex and significantly difficult situations arising from risk, issue and change management.
- Experience of anticipating and managing risk appropriate to the business context.
- Extensive leadership skills with experience of running multiple hubs and international teams, creating a positive and inclusive environment where diversity is valued and people feel a sense of belonging.
- Experience of leading large scale change projects that build organisational capability, reduce complexity and cost.
- Change leadership experience, inspiring others around the future, managing the change to build engagement, commitment and celebrating successes.
