Role Purpose
As VP Strategic Partner Sales, you support the development, performance, and growth of TransferMate’s most strategic partner relationships across the region. Operating as a senior commercial leader, you will drive partner-led revenue, deepen product adoption, and position TransferMate as a critical payments partner within key client ecosystems.

This is a VP-level individual contributor role, requiring strong executive engagement, commercial ownership, and the ability to lead cross-functional execution through influence. The role reports to the Commercial Director, EMEA.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Revenue Generation
- Identify, target, and structure new high-value partnerships.
- Lead end-to-end deal cycles—from prospecting and qualification through contractual negotiation and signature.
- Own revenue targets associated with partner-led growth.
- Build and execute the EMEA partner sales strategy across all priority market segments.
- Lead commercial negotiations and contract execution for major partnerships.
- Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline.
- Ability to manage multiple complex deals and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Data-driven, results-oriented mindset with a consistent track record of exceeding targets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration for Revenue
- Coordinate with our Account Management team to ensure partnerships convert to live revenue and to execute campaigns, and field events.
- Partner closely with Product to surface market needs and shape embedded solutions.
- Forecast and report performance to senior leadership, ensuring visibility into regional partner pipeline health.
Market Expansion
- Represent TransferMate at industry events, partner advisory groups, and cross-border payment forums. Become a thought leader, writing white-papers and evangelizing the TransferMate proposition.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on B2B cross-border payments, FX hedging, and emerging embedded finance trends.

Required Experience
- 7+ years of experience in payments or B2B fintech sales, with at least 5+ in sales partnerships, channel, or enterprise solution selling.
- Proven track record sourcing, closing, and scaling multimillion partner deals.
- Deep understanding of EMEA payment rails and FX.
- Experience selling solutions into banks, ERP/treasury vendors, fintechs, and enterprise technology ecosystems.
- Strong commercial negotiation skills and executive presence, including C-level engagement.
- Demonstrated success operating in high-growth, multi-country environments.
