We are looking for an experienced VP of Partnerships to lead APEXX's global partnerships strategy and drive sustainable revenue growth through strategic alliances across the payments ecosystem.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for identifying, negotiating and growing commercial partnerships that expand APEXX's market reach, strengthen our product offering and create new revenue opportunities. You will own relationships with payment providers, acquiring banks, card schemes, financial institutions, and strategic industry stakeholders, ensuring APEXX continues to build a best-in-class global payments network.

Reporting directly to the CCO, you will work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing and Customer Success to develop partnership strategies that accelerate customer acquisition, increase transaction volume and support APEXX's international growth ambitions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Develop and execute APEXX's global partnerships strategy, aligned with the company's commercial objectives and growth plans.
  • Identify strategic opportunities that drive recurring revenue growth, expand market reach and strengthen APEXX's competitive position.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the COO and Executive Leadership Team on partnership strategy, market opportunities and industry trends.

Revenue Growth

  • Deliver measurable commercial outcomes through strategic partnerships that generate new revenue streams and increase payment volumes.
  • Identify, negotiate and execute commercial agreements that create mutual value for APEXX and its partners.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Commercial teams to develop partner-led growth initiatives and joint go-to-market programmes.
  • Create scalable partnership models that accelerate customer acquisition and market expansion.

Partner Relationship Management

  • Own executive relationships with acquirers, banks, payment schemes, alternative payment providers, fintechs and strategic technology partners.
  • Represent APEXX at executive meetings, industry forums, conferences and customer engagements.
  • Strengthen APEXX's reputation within the global payments community and identify opportunities to influence industry direction.
  • Lead complex commercial negotiations with senior stakeholders across global organisations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
