You will champion innovative translational approaches, including the application of AI/ML and advanced data science, to enhance data integration, model translation, predictive performance, and platform evolution.

Visit client and prospective client organisations to advise on the optimal use of Simcyp, integration of DMPK knowledge, and best practices in translational modelling. Engage proactively with regulatory agencies and support platform qualification and regulatory science initiatives. People & Organizational Leadership Lead, manage, and mentor a large, multidisciplinary Translational Science DMPK team (~35 high‑calibre scientists), fostering a culture of scientific excellence, collaboration, innovation, and continuous professional development. Hold executive accountability for Translational Science delivery, including prioritisation, resourcing, risk management, and trade‑off decisions impacting the Simcyp platform.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
