Day to Day:
A large financial client is looking for a VP focused on CLO Operations in the London area. They will manage the end-to-end servicing of a portfolio of CLO transactions, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and ensuring a high level of service across reporting, compliance monitoring, cash management, and operational activities.
- Coordinate monthly reporting cycles
- Review compliance tests and covenant calculations
- Investigate and resolve exceptions
- Support transaction lifecycle events such as warehouse facilities, refinancing's, redemptions, and deal terminations
- Act as an escalation point for client issues
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive resolutions
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, scalability, and operational efficiency, including the use of AI and automation tools

Must Haves:
- Experience in CLO/CDO administration and servicing
- Strong understanding of CLO structures, cash waterfalls, compliance reporting, trustee operations, and transaction lifecycle management
- Experience managing multiple client relationships and CLO portfolios independently from A to Z
- Ability to analyse complex operational issues, interpret legal documentation, and resolve reconciliation, reporting, and compliance exceptions
- Excellent client-facing communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
