Rate Recruitment have partnered with an FE College in Scotland who are looking to appoint a Vice Principal - Student Experience

This role will focus on Curriculum Delivery and Student Experience, MIS and Quality, Student Support, salary £89k.

Overall Purpose of Job

  • Lead the development and implementation of the College’s Skills and Enterprise Strategy.
  • Lead on programme and project management and development opportunities which grow the business.
  • Lead on all quality enhancement and compliance responsibilities.
  • Lead on compliance with statutory duties e.g. PREVENT, Safeguarding, “the Promise”.
  • Lead the development of key strategic partnerships that ensures the curriculum offer is responsive and reflective of local and national skills priorities.
  • Provide advice to the Regional Board on all aspects of functions within the remit of the post.

Experience Required

Experienced gained in as a Senior Leader in the education sector is essential, preferably in an FE College.

Working Arrangements

The role requires 3 days a week onsite with 2 days working remotely, and the starting salary is £89k
