An integral part of the team, the Performance Assistant role supports team members to deliver high quality Youth Justice Services.

About The Role
Pay Details: Grade 6 SCP 14 – 19 £30,515 - £33,119 p.a. pro rata
Hours of work/work pattern: 18.5
Main place of work: 91 Salisbury Road, Barry, CF62 6PD
Description:
To provide restorative services including the facilitation of restorative conferences to victims of youth crime in compliance with the Victim’s Code of Practice.

About You
You will need:
- Experience of working with victims of youth crime
- Ability to facilitate restorative meetings
- Effective listening, negotiation and influence skills
- Able to build rapport and display empathy
