Ohme has been selling its chargers to consumers since mid 2019 and has had exponential growth since. We are now operating in multiple countries and have partnerships with the likes of VW, Mercedes, Octopus Energy, and other innovative brands.

Video and Motion Designer
We are looking for a curious and creative Video and Motion Designer to join our Marketing team in London. This is a new role, sitting at the heart of how we bring Ohme's brand to life across channels. You will work across a broad mix of content, from social video and brand campaigns to product demos and internal communications, helping to shape how the world sees Ohme.

You will work from our London office 3 days a week.
What You'll Do
Production & day-to-day creative (60%)
- Design social media creative across organic and paid channels - static, carousel and short-form video assets.
- Produce online ad creative (display, paid social) at the volumes our campaigns need, working from briefs and existing brand templates.
- Help create sales collateral - pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, event materials that reflect the brand at a high standard.
- Own design amends and turnarounds
- Help Maintain the design library, asset folders and templates so the wider team can self-serve where appropriate.
Video & motion (40%)
- Edit short-form video for social and ad use, including reels, ads and product demos.
- Produce motion graphics - animated logos, type, transitions, infographics - to bring static work to life.
- Support team on larger video and motion projects, with the goal of building deeper craft skills over time.
- Help establish a second video and motion capability in the team, removing the current single-point-of-failure on this skillset.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years' design experience, in-house or agency, with a portfolio that includes social, digital ads and sales collateral.
- Demonstrable video editing and motion graphics skills (showreel or motion examples in your portfolio).
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Eager to learn about new tools, automations and AI that can help your workflow.
- Comfortable working from brand guidelines and producing on-brand work at pace.
- Organised, responsive, and able to manage multiple briefs in parallel without dropping quality.
- A collaborative mindset - happy to take direction, ask questions, and iterate based on feedback
