We’re looking for confident, natural people to create short-form vertical videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels and paid social ads.
You do NOT need previous UGC experience.
This is a good fit for students, aspiring creators, actors, presenters, or anyone who is comfortable speaking naturally to a camera and wants to get more experience creating short-form content.
What you’ll be doing
- You’ll receive scripts, clear video concepts, example/reference videos and guidance on delivery.
- Most videos will be simple talking-to-camera videos filmed on your phone.
- You won’t need to come up with the strategy or scripts yourself. We’ll provide the formats and concepts & your job is to deliver them naturally and make them feel like genuine TikTok/Reels content rather than a traditional advertisement.

What we're looking for
- Strong, natural spoken English
- Comfortable speaking naturally on camera
- Able to deliver content in a style suitable for US/English speaking audiences
- Strong communication and reliable replies
- Able to film good-quality vertical video on a smartphone
- Familiar with TikTok, Reels and short-form social content
- Able to follow scripts while making the delivery sound natural
- Reliable with deadlines

Previous content creation experience is helpful, but not required.
Work
Initially, we're looking for creators who can produce batches of approximately 20–30 short videos per month.
- Most videos will be roughly 15–45 seconds long.
- There is potential for ongoing monthly work across multiple accounts if things go well.
Compensation
- Approximately $400-600 per batch of 30 short form videos.
- The scripts, concepts and references are provided.
