- Perform colour correction, colour grading, sound mixing and post-production finishing.
- Incorporate graphics, visual effects and motion design elements to create polished and engaging final deliverables.
- Optimise content for a range of platforms including social media, web, digital campaigns, presentations and events.
- Collaborate closely with designers, creatives, client teams and project stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality content.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, filming techniques, production technologies and content creation best practices.
- Support internal communications, thought leadership campaigns, case studies and employer brand initiatives through engaging content creation.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues and clients through creativity, professionalism and a solutions-focused approach.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
