About Uncovered

Uncovered is a London based social-first creative agency, founded in 2017. Social sits at the heart of everything we do.

From strategy to production, our team is fluent in social language, with a deep understanding of the online audience. Working with a diverse set of brands to understand their distinct identity and objectives, we apply social-first fundamentals for success: real world, real people, video-first.

We create at the speed of social; strategising, ideating, designing, and producing through our team of in-house strategists, creatives, art directors, copywriters, producers, editors, and videographers. We test, learn, and iterate in real time, delivering end-to-end solutions from creative strategy, through to reporting and analytics.

Our Uncovered office is a home to learn, grow and make a difference.

The Role: Video & Edit Director

The Video & Edit Director is responsible for overseeing and elevating Uncovered’s video and post-production output across all clients and campaigns.

This role sits across both Video and Edit functions, ensuring work is:

  • Creatively strong
  • Platform-native
  • Operationally efficient at a high volume

They will provide creative direction, quality control, and strategic oversight across shoots, edits, and content production.

The Video & Edit Director combines strong creative instincts with a deep understanding of how social-first video content is captured, structured, and edited to perform across platforms. Editing experience and oversight is a key requirement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
