Transform standout television moments into compelling digital-first content for YouTube and social media while developing your editing, production and publishing skills.
We're looking for a creative and hands-on Video Editor to join our team. You will create engaging video content for our digital and social platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
This role is focused primarily on editing, with opportunities to develop your skills in content production, platform publishing and original video creation. Working closely with the Senior Short Form Manager and the wider Marketing team, you will use pacing, structure and strong visual storytelling to bring our brands to life for digital audiences. You will join a collaborative and creative environment where you can develop your craft, contribute new ideas and experiment with different approaches to digital content.
This is a permanent and full-time position. This role will be hybrid based, working in the London office Tuesday-Thursday, with exciting, award-winning brands like Sky HISTORY and Crime+Investigation.
Application: Please include a portfolio, showreel or examples of your work with your application. We would particularly like to see examples that demonstrate your editing, storytelling and creative skills.

- Create thumbnails and optimise video titles, descriptions and metadata.
- Deliver clean exports in the appropriate platform-specific formats and specifications.
- Maintain digital video assets and help keep the content library organised.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
