The Role

  • Editing short-form content for Reels, TikTok and Shorts across our retainer clients
  • Creating motion graphics, animated type, titles and branded transitions
  • Cutting ad variations and campaign content
  • Editing content for Combe Creative's own socials
  • Working on ad hoc client projects as they come in
  • Colour grading and sound work to keep everything polished
  • Keeping footage and projects well organised

Skills & Experience

Required

  • Excellent editing skills in Premiere Pro (DaVinci Resolve also considered)
  • Strong motion design skills in After Effects
  • 2 years or more of professional editing and motion experience
  • A strong understanding of social-first content, including 9:16, hooks and retention
  • A sharp eye for pacing, music, typography and detail
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple briefs and deadlines
  • A proactive self starter who does not need constant direction

Details

  • Location: Hybrid, Cirencester (1 day a week in the office)
  • Applicants: UK only
  • Schedule: 3 days per week
  • Salary: £28,000 to £30,000 pro rata DOE
  • Start date: November (notice periods considered)
  • Deadline: 25 October 2026
