About the Role

This company's social media presence punches well above its weight, and they're looking to bring in an experienced social-first video editor who can help them stand out in the feed. They want someone with genuinely great creative taste, who isn't afraid to break the B2B mould. You'll work alongside a talented social team creating social-first videos for LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and beyond, playing a key role in shaping how the brand shows up on social, from skits and product drops to launch teasers and everyday social campaigns.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Editing video that stands out, bringing your own creative taste while working within (and around) brand guidelines
  • Picking up a camera and shooting with a unique POV, comfortable directing creators, founders and internal spokespeople and helping people feel natural on camera
  • Editing specifically for organic social, understanding that the first 3 seconds matter more than the last 30, and why a TikTok edit needs a different approach to a YouTube Short
  • Adding motion design (After Effects, Figma or similar) that feels intentional rather than stock
  • Bringing ideas to the table, spotting a better opening, knowing when a moment deserves its own clip, and adding direction rather than just taking orders
  • Staying platform-literate across TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts and Reels, understanding how each platform works without ever making it obvious to the audience

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
