Video Editors, Post-Production Specialists & Visual Annotation Experts. Remote AI Project
We are seeking experienced Video Editors, Post-Production Specialists, Filmmakers, Visual Reviewers, and Multimedia Professionals to contribute to a project focused on reviewing and annotating video sessions of robotic arms performing real-world tasks.
What You’ll Do
- Review video footage of robotic arms performing real-world tasks according to detailed annotation and grading guidelines.
- Identify and label actions, object interactions, transitions, task outcomes, errors, and other relevant events.
- Use frame-by-frame analysis to determine when actions begin, change, and end.
- Apply timing, continuity, and movement judgment to complex video sequences.
- Use annotation tools to mark events accurately and consistently.
- Flag unclear footage, visual inconsistencies, or ambiguous moments.
- Document observations in concise and objective written notes.
- Review annotations for quality and provide feedback when requested.
- Complete assigned video batches accurately and within project deadlines.

We also welcome Post-Production Specialists, Post-Production Coordinators, Multimedia Editors, Content Editors, and Video Production Specialists. Film and production backgrounds may include Filmmakers, Videographers, Cinematographers, Camera Operators, Production Specialists, and Film Production Professionals. Visual media backgrounds may include Motion Graphics Editors, Visual Content Specialists, Multimedia Producers, Digital Media Professionals, and Visual QA Reviewers. Annotation and review backgrounds may include Video Annotators, Data Annotators, Computer Vision Annotators, Media Reviewers, Content Quality Reviewers, and Visual Data Specialists. Additional relevant backgrounds include Audiovisual Producers, Media Producers, Photography Professionals, and Creative Production Specialists with strong visual analysis skills.

Requirements
- Professional or academic background in video editing, post-production, filmmaking, audiovisual production, multimedia production, or a closely related field.
- Experience reviewing footage closely for timing, continuity, movement, and visual consistency.
- Familiarity with professional video editing software.
- Strong frame-by-frame visual analysis skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and consistency.
- Ability to follow structured annotation and grading guidelines.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Comfortable completing repetitive visual review while maintaining accuracy.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Background
- Professional video editing or post-production experience.
- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Avid Media Composer, or similar software.
- Experience reviewing long-form or high-volume footage for continuity and timing.
- Experience with visual QA, media quality control, or content review.
- Experience with video annotation, frame-level labeling, timestamping, or temporal segmentation.
- Familiarity with computer vision datasets, robotics footage, or AI training projects is helpful but not required.
- Experience reviewing technical, industrial, procedural, or motion-heavy video content is a plus.
