How the work feels
You’ll work directly with our Social Media Manager and advisors. Inputs vary: phone footage from a viewing, a sit-down interview with an advisor, a stock library, your own b-roll. Output is mostly short-form vertical, with occasional longer pieces for YouTube or pitch decks.
What good looks like
- Tight cuts.
- Strong opening seconds.
- Sound design that does real work.
- Captions that hold up muted.
- A clear visual point of view that becomes recognisable as ours.
What you'll do
- Edit short-form vertical videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts on a weekly rhythm.
- Produce occasional longer-form content: explainer videos, advisor interviews, recap films.
- Develop a consistent visual identity for our video output — colour, type, motion treatments.
- Source and license music, b-roll and stock assets responsibly.
- Manage your own project files, versioning and delivery; keep the team’s editorial calendar honest.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
