Join a dynamic project-based opportunity as a freelance video editor, focusing on English-language YouTube videos and short-form clips. You will be responsible for editing long-form content and creating engaging short-form highlights, ensuring a clean, direct style that aligns with established content standards. This remote role requires strong editorial judgment, attention to pacing and viewer retention, and the ability to deliver high-quality edits under agreed deadlines. You will collaborate closely to meet project requirements and must be ready to start immediately.
Deliverables
- Edit long-form YouTube videos to maintain clarity, pacing, and audience engagement.
- Create short-form clips optimized for social media and YouTube Shorts.
- Apply effective cuts, captions, and transitions to enhance viewer retention.
- Ensure all edits are consistent with the existing content style and brand guidelines.
- Communicate proactively regarding project timelines and deliverables.
- Submit work according to individual assignment deadlines.

Requirements
- Proven experience editing YouTube videos and short-form content, with a portfolio of relevant samples.
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
- Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual clarity.
