Deliverables
- Edit documentary-style videos for educational YouTube channels, ensuring clarity, pacing, and narrative flow
- Integrate motion graphics and visual effects using After Effects to enhance viewer engagement
- Collaborate with producers and content creators to align on project goals and creative direction
- Deliver polished, ready-to-publish videos that meet channel standards and deadlines
- Implement feedback efficiently and maintain version control throughout the editing process

Requirements
- Proven experience editing YouTube content, preferably in the educational or documentary niche
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Strong storytelling skills and an eye for pacing, structure, and visual composition
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects remotely
- Excellent communication skills and responsiveness to feedback
- Reliable internet connection and access to professional editing hardware/software
- Availability for consistent, long-term collaboration
