Video Editor (B2B Contract, Remote)

About Us

Vast Media Marketing is a performance marketing agency, founded in 2017, helping 7 to 9 figure eCommerce brands lower customer acquisition costs through paid ads, high-performance creative, and financial strategy. We work with growing eCom brands, plugging directly into their teams to handle everything from UGC and statics to full paid social scaling.

The Role

As our Video Editor, you'll be the final stop between raw content and scroll-stopping creative. You'll turn briefs, footage, and voiceovers into polished assets built to perform, whether that's for TikTok, Reels, or paid ad campaigns. You'll work closely with our Creative Strategists, Graphic Designers, and Performance team to bring concepts to life that are on-brand, story-driven, and built for conversions.

This is a role for someone who understands that great editing isn't just about transitions or colour, it's about storytelling, pacing, and understanding why something works.

Core Responsibilities

Post-Production Execution

  • Edit short-form UGC, paid social ads, Reels, and static-to-video animations
  • Execute on creative briefs with clarity, speed, and attention to platform best practices
  • Select soundbites, music, motion, captions, and pacing that match brand + audience

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
