Degree or diploma in Film, Media, Animation, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Job Responsibilities
- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, engaging video content for various platforms (social media, web, broadcast).
- Create motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other Creative Cloud tools.
- Collaborate with creative teams including directors, producers, and designers to bring visual concepts to life.
- Support video shoots with knowledge of camera operations, lighting setups, and on-set workflows.
- Ensure visual consistency across projects by applying brand guidelines, color grading, and sound design.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high quality.
- Contribute creatively to storyboarding, concept development, and visual storytelling strategies.
- Organize and archive media assets efficiently for future use and team access.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Degree or diploma in Film, Media, Animation, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition, Media Encoder.
- Solid understanding of video production workflows, including shooting, lighting, and audio capture.
- Strong artistic eye for composition, color, typography, and visual rhythm.
- Excellent team collaboration skills and ability to take direction and feedback constructively.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual innovation.
- Experience with asset management systems and cloud-based collaboration tools (e.g., Dropbox, Google Drive).
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver on tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Bonus: Familiarity with 3D animation tools (Cinema 4D, Blender) or web video formats.
